A Christmas carol concert is being held in Newquay to raise money for local charities.

Let Christmas Begin is being organised by St Michael and Towan Masonic Lodges at St Michael’s Church on Sunday, December 1 at 6.30pm.
Newquay Town Band and The Harbour Rats will be among the performers.
Andy Cole, who is helping to organise the event, said: “Come along and get in the festive spirit and help support local charities.”
The £6 entrance includes an interval tea or coffee and biscuits during the interval. Tickets will be available on the door.
