A Last Night of the Proms style event is being staged at Watergate Bay.
Mount Charles Band will be performing at Proms in the Bay on Saturday, September 14 at 7.30pm.
There will also be a fireworks display backed by the band as well as garden party games including volleyball and rounders.
A spokesperson for organisers Wax Events said: “Proms in the Bay is an event inspired by the legendary Minack Theatre.
“We plan to host one of the most unique events the area has seen.
“The entire Mount Charles Band will be performing a mixture of classic Proms songs and pieces which everyone is sure to know.”
Elizabeth Carne added: “It is an outdoor event and has all the usual elements of the Last Night of the Proms.
“Mount Charles traditionally played a Proms concert at Newquay Fish Festival every year and it was always a fantastic evening. The cliff top setting is spectacular and will be a wonderful experience. “Not only is it a seated concert for 500 people, but there will also be a spectacular firework display.
“A variety of food and drink will be available from 5pm. It will be followed by a Silent Disco after party.” Early bird tickets are available from Wax events.
