SKY is currently investigating widespread broadband outage affecting customers across Cornwall and other parts of the UK.
Residents in and around St Austell reported losing their Sky internet connection at around 10.30pm on Monday with the issues continuing into this morning.
Hundreds of Sky broadband customers took to connection monitoring site DownDetector to log outages in their area. St Austell is one of the areas hit, but users in London, Manchester and Bradford are also experiencing connection issues, according to the website.
A Sky spokesperson said: “We are investigating an issue with Sky Broadband and Talk services affecting some customers in St Austell and surrounding areas. We are extremely sorry for the disruption this may be causing and are working to get this resolved as soon as possible.”
