THE public are being asked for their views on the installation or removal of a number of disabled parking bays in residential areas around St Austell.
Cornwall Council is inviting comments on proposals to create new bays where necessary or remove those that are no longer required.
The council says the intention is to provide convenient on-street parking for people with mobility issues or to free up on-street parking spaces by removing bays no longer needed.
New bays are proposed near 26 Porthpean Road, 26 Watering Hill Close and Flora Cottages in Boldventure Avenue.
Bays could be removed from near 11 Highfield Avenue and in Clarence Road near its junction with Tewington Place.
The public consultation on the proposals is continuing until January 13.
