PLANS have been submitted to open a restaurant at the new development being built at the gateway to Pentire.

Applicant Adam Banks is seeking pre-application advice for a new restaurant with a commercial extraction fan at unit 1 at One Pentire in Pentire Avenue.

Mr Banks said: “There are currently no uses being undertaken at the site in question.

“The site is a new build and is still currently being developed. I intend to be the first owner of the commercial unit. I intend to use the space as a restaurant.”
