Two new cafes have opened in Truro.
The much-missed Café in the Park has reopened in Boscawen Park, serving hot drinks, cakes and sandwiches with plans to extend the menu in the coming months.
The project has taken just over 12 months to complete, with new facilities including tennis changing and shower rooms, extra public toilets and a room for the Truro Loops project.
And formerly in the Old Bakery, Café Cocoa now occupies 108c Kenwyn Street, recently vacated by Pollen (which has taken up permanent residence in Victoria Gardens).
Chocolatier Emma Adams has an enviable CV, having catered for the Beckhams, Robbie Williams and Elton John.
Her chocolate, art and patisserie boutique promises to bring a touch of oh là là to Truro’s café scene, at reasonable prices.
