The Land Rovers Falmouth club held their annual Christmas Charity Road Run and Raffle on Sunday, December 15.
The road run, which started from Cornwall Gold Centre near Redruth, took the convoy of Land Rovers to Falmouth, Helston, before arriving at Marazion for a special photo opportunity near St Michael’s Mount, and then on to St Ives.
The procession of 4x4’s then headed their way back east and ending at the Shaft Inn at Radnor for the drawing of the raffle that featured prizes given to the club by local businesses.
The club, who were hoping to make a big difference to individuals over the festive period, raised a total of £750 for the Penryn and Falmouth Foodbank. In addition to this, the club also received toy and food donations from generous members of the public.
