GoodFest first began in 2019 as “Creative Conversations on the Beach,” an experiment in how bringing people together in a setting like Cornwall’s coast could inspire fresh ideas. Since then, the festival has evolved, attracting a wider range of voices, and tackling key themes like authenticity, accessibility, and affordability.

GoodFest’s goal as a Community Interest Company (CIC), is to build a strong, sustainable creative community that continues to push boundaries and inspire change across industries.

Simon Blackler, founder and CEO of Krystal Hosting, one of the festival’s key partners, said: “GoodFest is an essential opportunity to meet like-minded future friends and recharge your batteries against the backdrop of the Cornish coastline.

“GoodFest is a gathering for anyone driven by the desire to make a difference in the world, whether through their creative projects, business ventures, or everyday decisions.

“The event is open to founders, teams, communicators, agencies, decision-makers, and anyone looking to spark new ideas, learn, and connect with others on a similar mission.

“For those who may not know where to start, GoodFest offers a space to explore practical ways to create change, challenge conventional thinking, and move toward a more sustainable, inclusive future. It’s also the perfect setting to recharge and reimagine what’s possible.”

A spokesperson for GoodFest 2024 said: “Whether you're a curious newcomer or a seasoned leader, GoodFest 2024 is a unique opportunity to explore how creativity can be harnessed to make a real impact.

“It's a chance to step out of your daily routine, meet inspiring people, and engage in thought-provoking discussions on the future we can build together.”
