RESIDENTS and holidaymakers are being invited to roll up their sleeves to help with a Porth Spring clean.

Cornwall Council is staging a volunteer tidy up Porth Spring event on Thursday, May 16, between 10am and noon.

A spokesperson said: “Please come and help us make our lovely Porth even nicer. All tools and refreshments provided.

“It will be a drop-in session so people will be able to do what they can. People wear robust footwear and clothing suitable for gardening and the weather.”

Anyone wanting to take part can meet at the wishing well in Porth Beach Road. All ages welcome.
