THREE parcels of land owned by Cornwall Council in the St Austell area are being put up for auction.
A small piece of land with a £500-plus guide price is located on a corner in Park Road, St Austell, and measures about 0.01 hectares (0.04 acres).
One of two parcels with a nil reserve comprises roads and verges at the Bojea Industrial Estate at Trethowel, totalling 0.19 hectares (0.47 acres).
The other lot with a nil reserve is in Stennack Road on the Holmbush Industrial Estate, where a road and footpath are going under the hammer.

The trio of “unusual” lots are being offered through Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers with the online auction concluding on Thursday, March 20.
