REGGAE fans were treated to a performance by dub pioneer Mad Professor in Truro on Saturday night. (May 4)

The dub legend took to the stage at the Old Bakery Studios to play a live dubbing set.

Mad Professor, who is regarded as one of the leading producers of dub music's second generation, paid homage to some of the dub and reggae greats during his set, which included King Tubby, Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry and Bob Marley.

He also played a live dub remix of Damian Marley’s Welcome to Jamrock.

Mad Professor was joined on the stage by singer Aisha during his performance for several songs including Wait a Minute.
