A popular pub in Quintrell Downs has gone on the market.

Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has been instructed to market The Quintrell Inn, which includes owner’s accommodation.

The public house is on the market with a 13-year free-of-tie lease. Christie & Co says the leasehold is £75,000 and the annual rent is £120,000.

The Quintrell Inn comprises a large main bar and restaurant area as well as three further dining areas and a dedicated games room.

The first floor of the property offers two self-contained apartments which have historically been used for owners/staff accommodation, and the pub also has a large lawned area, outside bar, and private car park.
