PEOPLE went potty in Newquay to help raise £1,906 for charity.

More than 50 people made their own ceramic ‘boob pot’ at the Sink Inn in Beach Road in aid of CoppaFeel, which aims to stamp out the late diagnosis of breast cancer.

There was lots of community support for the fundraiser through donations for the raffle ( )

The fundraiser was hosted by Tor Pottery Works in Tor Road to add to the funding pot Sophie Campkin is raising for the charity by taking part in a hike at the Indian Himalayas on Saturday, November 9.

Jenna and Danielle from Tor Pottery Works said: “We had a full house with 52 people attending to make their very own ceramic boob pot and there was incredible support from the local community.

“We sold over £1,000 in raffle tickets with prizes from local artist, makers, businesses and experiences including Ben Allen, saunas, Pizza Jockeys, Zee by the Sea and By Cody Jewellery, SUN:DAY Nails Studio, Selenas Glow, Ro Hair, Sand Bandit, Pachanga, TR7 Skatepark, Olla Hiki Saunas, Ladyvale Bakery, &KIN, Ginger & Joe, Catch the Sunrise Jewellery, Claire Paul, Luke Rudden, Blystra Candles, Clemo Books, Love of Lemons, Jessica Sharville, Sweet Cowboy Blues, Sprout Health Foods and a Tor Pottery Works goodie bag.”
