NEWQUAY Orchard is scaling back its summer fayre on Saturday (June 15) due to the wind and rain forecast.
A Mini Orchard Fayre will be held instead between 10am and 3pm, which will include market stalls, workshops, games and activities.
An Orchard spokesperson said: “Due to the wind forecast this weekend as well as a touch of Cornish summer rain we have made the decision to pivot our plans and will now be holding a Mini Orchard Fayre.
“We will still have market stalls, workshops, games and activities, incredible food and entertainment but we are reducing the offering and bringing it indoors.
“So come along and get out of the wet and wind, though you can potentially still wang a welly, and join us to support small businesses and help us raise funds for our amazing social programmes, education and health and wellbeing activities, come take part in a taster of what we are all about.
“A new date for our big fayre is to be confirmed.”
