HUNDREDS enjoyed fun in the sun at the popular Summer Fair held in Trenance Gardens.

Trenance Cottages staged Fun in the Park, which offered various attractions including the St Dennis Ukulele Band.

Other activities included an appearance by the ever-popular Oll an Gwella singers, The Cornwall Choir Collective, the U3A dancers, fairground rides, children's games, a barbecue, sales stalls and regular duck races along the stream in Trenance Gardens during the afternoon.

A spokesperson for the cottages said: “The fair was a huge success and our thanks go to the volunteers who worked so hard before, during and after the event and, of course, all those who came along to support the event.”
