A BURGER business is branching out by launching a pop-up outlet on a beach.

The Newquay restaurant, HERD, is running the outlet at Shoreside, on Crinnis Beach, at Carlyon Bay, St Austell.

Shoreside beach venue manager Jeremy Kneebone said: “We’re stoked to be welcoming HERD to our community of local food pop-ups and know they’ll be a brilliant new addition.

“We’re all about delicious food and drink and bringing people together to enjoy the best of the beach.”

HERD specialises in cheeseburgers and fries made from scratch and featuring homemade sauces, dips and gravy.

The gravy is made from braised beef brisket cooking juices.
