Bidders are set to stake their claim for land going under the hammer in the Redruth area.
Two parcels are on offer on next to Penhalurick Farm, at Penhalvean, on the outskirts of Stithians.
The largest measures 27 acres (10.93 hectares) and has a freehold guide price of £200,000 plus. It is divided into two fields.
Measuring 13.5 acres (5.49 hectares), the second parcel has a freehold guide of £165,000 plus.
Senior auction appraiser Katie Semmens said: “These parcels of agricultural land are expected to appeal to those with farming interests as well as equine and amenity users.
“They may also attract attention from those who simply wish to acquire their own piece of the lovely Cornish countryside.”
Meanwhile, in Redruth town centre, two commercial units have a freehold guide of £60,000 plus.
On Alma Place and Market Strand, both are already let to tenants – together returning a total of £8,400 per annum.
Katie said: “This freehold dual component commercial investment opportunity is expected to attract keen interest.
“With the benefit of existing tenants, they would make a great investment for those looking to start or add to their portfolio.”
