They are among 174 lots in the first sale of 2025 being held by Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.
Cornwall Council has instructed the sale of Permarin Toilets, in Lower Market Street, with a freehold guide price of £10,000 to £15,000.
Also in Brook Place, a semi-detached bungalow with one bedroom has a freehold guide of £25,000 plus.
The first auction of eight in 2025 concludes on February 6, with bidding live from Tuesday, February 4.
