Buyers have the opportunity to snap up property and land in the Redruth area at auction.
Three houses and two parcels of land are going under the hammer in the first sale of 2025 being held by Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers taking place on Thursday, February 6.
An end-terrace three-bedroom house in Raymond Road with land has a freehold guide price of £50,000 to £60,000.
Auctioneer David Henwood said: “There are a wide variety of lots in our first auction of 2025.
- In Tregea Terrace, Portreath, a two-bedroom terraced cottage has a freehold guide of £140,000 plus. It is being sold for the first time in many decades.
David said: “This is a rare opportunity to acquire a two-bedroom character cottage in the desirable village of Portreath.
“Some individuals may wish to consider creating off-road parking provision or further development in the form of a front extension or development to the rear, subject to all necessary consents being obtainable.”
- In Falmouth Road, Redruth, an end-terrace house with three bedrooms has a freehold guide of £120,000 to £130,000.
- Freehold land in an elevated position at Telegraph Hill, St Day, has a guide of £28,000 to £32,000.
Extending to about 0.45 hectares (1.11 acres), the site offers far reaching views across the Cornish countryside.
David said: “Adjoining a residential cul-de-sac, it is considered that the land may offer future long term development potential while others may wish to consider a variety of amenity schemes, subject to all the necessary consents being obtainable.”
The land is being auctioned in arrangement with MAP Estate Agents.
- Freehold land and roads at Barncoose Industrial Estate, Barncoose, have a guide of £2,000 to £3,000.
The lot comprises separate sections spread across a mixed commercial and industrial area.
Part of the road provides access to the well-established Gateway Business Centre. Cornwall Council has instructed the sale.
The first auction of eight in 2025 by the firm concludes on February 6, with bidding live from Tuesday, February 4.
