A FORMER bank building in St Austell is up for auction with a guide price of £140,000-plus.
The detached two-storey block on Duke Street was used as a training centre after its time as a bank.
David Henwood, of Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers, said: “This substantial commercial property has consent for four apartments with one bedroom and two with two bedrooms although clearly it could also resume some form of commercial use with refurbishment.”
The property is being auctioned jointly with Miller Commercial of Truro. Bidding goes live on Monday, September 16, and ends on Wednesday, September 18.
