Firefighters were called out to a car fire in Falmouth on Tuesday afternoon (January 14).
Crew members from the Falmouth Community Fire Station attended the scene at around 2.15pm on Bickland Hill.
The blaze caused the road to be closed and traffic was diverted. There were no reported injuries.
A spokesperson from the Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service said: “One crew from Falmouth attended a call to a car on fire. The vehicle was well alight on crews arrival, crews used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Police attended and assisted with traffic control.”
