HIGH-ENERGY dance numbers, lively skipping routines and an unforgettable musical score are promised in the latest production from St Austell Amateur Dramatic Society.

Legally Blonde will run at the Keay Theatre in the town on April 14-19. Based on the popular 2001 film starring Reese Witherspoon, the musical follows Elle Woods as she navigates law school, challenging stereotypes and expectations along the way.
Director Kathy West said: “It’s an uplifting and life-affirming story about following your dreams, packed with great music and lively dance routines.
“We’ve had such fun in rehearsals and can’t wait to share it with the audiences.”
The show’s choreographer, Jess Madeley, takes the lead role of Elle, while the musical director is Nick Long.
