CHOIRS from around Cornwall will be performing at a special concert on Saturday, November 23.
The Mevagissey Male Choir, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, will be the guests of various Good Afternoon Choirs for the concert taking place at Truro Methodist Church at 7pm.
The Cornish Good Afternoon Choirs are joining forces for the concert and will also be welcoming around 50 singers from other Good Afternoon Choirs in and around the Westcountry.

Bath-based music man Grenville Jones, who will be taking part in the concert, launched the first Good Afternoon Choir in 2009 and there are now 32 such choirs around the South West and beyond.
The three choirs based in Cornwall are run by Andy Farris.
Tickets for the concert cost £8 (no charge for under-16s) and will be available on the door. They can be bought in advance from gac.ticketlight.co.uk
