A charity beer festival held in Newquay went down a treat.
Hundreds of people poured in to attend the 11th Newquay Beer Festival at Hendra Holiday Park between September 20 and 22.
There were 100 beers and ciders to choose including Daleside Bitter, Oakham JHB and Treen’s Classic, which were donated by individuals and businesses to raise money for various good causes. Chrissie’s Sunshine Bar served Cornish gin and chilled fizz.

There was various live music throughout the weekend, which included headliners Substitute, Rudi’s Message and One for the Road.
Other performers entertaining the crowds were Rachel Best, The Fallout, Nell Davies, Raymundo, Oll an Gwella, Bow River Band and Humungadunga’s.
Artists who attend Newquay Studios in Bank Street also took part in a student stage takeover.
The Newquay Beer Festival, which is organised by Towan Blystra Lions Club, has raised more than £100,000 for charities over the years.

“The festival brought together beer enthusiasts, locals, and visitors from across the country to enjoy a celebration of fantastic brews, live music, and community spirit.
“The lively atmosphere was made even better by a fantastic lineup of local bands, creating an unforgettable weekend of entertainment in the heart of Cornwall. Other Lions clubs from the district joined in helping serve the beers and ciders.
“This year Newquay Towan Blystra Lions was once again overwhelmed by the generous support of our sponsors, who made the event possible.
