Falmouth’s International Sea Shanty Festival returns from June 14 to 16 to celebrate its 20th year.
With more than 80 groups, 20-plus venues and three large main outdoor stages, the festival will spread across the town.
Performers will travel from as far afield as France and the Netherlands, with the welcome return of LGBTQIA+ shanty choir Seaweed in the Fruit Locker.
The special anniversary coincides with that of the event’s main beneficiary: the RNLI, which marks its bicentenary this year.
