Award-winning movie Bonnie & Clive comes to the Savoy Cinema, Penzance tonight with cast and crew answering audience questions.

The film follows three young adventurers who take a 300-mile road trip from London to Land’s End in search of peace, love and freedom. Their journey takes them to the Eden Project, the Merry Maidens and Lanyon Quoit, before they sing their song of hope at their destination.

The cast features Eleanor May Blackburn, Michael Kodi Farrow and James Jip alongside local thespians from various theatre groups.

Writer/director Kevin Short has won awards for stage, screen and music scores, and has written an album full of original feel-good songs that feature in Bonnie & Clive. He will meet filmgoers at the Penzance showing, which starts at 7.15pm.

The feature is also due to be shown at Truro’s Plaza Cinema on Tuesday, November 26, at 7.45pm, again followed by a Q&A session.
