There are a number of planned firework displays to go and visit this year:

November 3:

Truro City Council’s Bonfire Night: Bonfire and Fireworks Display is being held at Tremorvah Playing Field. Gates will open at 5pm. The bonfire will be lit at 6.30 pm, followed by the fireworks display at 7pm. Entry is £3 per adult and £1 per child (under 16). Money raised will go to Cornwall Air Ambulance & CHBN Radio Refreshments will also be available to purchase on-site. Please be aware that this is a cash only event.

Lizard Recreation Ground: Please remember to park in the village and walk up.the fireworks will be set off at approximately 7pm. Ground is open from 6pm. Attending will be Chimichangas Tex-Mex Cornwall, Brewing Duck Coffee and the doughnut dollies supplying food and drink. All donations gratefully received.

Liskeard Lions Fireworks – Liskeard Rugby Club: Gates open at 5.30pm, fireworks start 7pm. Adults £5, under 16s free (must be accompanied by an adult). There has been a slight change to the parking due to the weather - The Liskeard Cricket Club pitch will not be available to park in. Westbourne car park is free after 4pm. The Lions catering van will be onsite for food and drink needs.

Bowden Derra Park, Launceston: Bonfire will be lit at 5pm followed by the fireworks which will start at 6pm. Free entry, free burgers and hotdogs from the café. Donations for Lewannick Primary School, Launceston.

November 4:

Red Lion, Redruth: To mark the completion of the fantastic renovation that is The London Inn, Premier Contractors have arranged a community firework display. And in turn they are raising money and awareness for the fantastic work that Mind Charity Cornwall does within the community. The viewing area will be the Red Lion Car Park. Starting 7.30pm, £1 adults and 50p child.

Newquay's Firework Display at Newquay Sports Centre: Last year saw over 5000 of you attend, something which they were not ready for. This year there will be 6 Bars (2 Shipping Containers, 2 land rovers, 1 VIP Bar & the Rattler Bar), 5+ food vendors, inflatable fun fair, 30ft cinema screen, DJ & after party, massive marquee, beer festival during the day. However, to ensure they know numbers ahead of time this year they are making it a ticketed event. At just £2.50 a ticket and with children going free we feel there is incredible value. Better yet 100% off all money raised for tickets will go into non-profit initiatives at the Sports Centre, such as free Women's Self Defence and Men’s Mental health support.

Hendra Holiday Park, Newquay: Watch whilst the night sky illuminates with an array of stunning colour bursts, you'll be captivated by the magical display. There will be some amazing LED dancers and Fire Dancers performing before the display so make sure you get down early, doors open at 4pm. There will be ambient lighting, uplit trees and festoon in the viewing area. Don't forget to dress warmly and bring your blankets and chairs for a cosy evening. This event is perfect for all ages, so bring the whole family along. Unfortunately, this is not a pet friendly event. Gates open from 4pm. Fireworks display from 7pm onwards. Live music from 5pm - 11pm in the beer tent.

Tywardreath School: Professionally hosted Fireworks Display for the whole community to enjoy. With a sizzling BBQ, and warming Vegan/ Veggie Chilli plus hot drinks also available. Tickets are in paper form only available from the School Office, Tywardreath Village Shop, Val’s Plaice & Tanya’s Courage. £4 Child/ £5 Adult/ Family £16 (2 adults + 3 children max). Under 4’s free but still require a paper ticket. Gates open at 5pm, display starts at 7pm.

Warleggan Young Farmers’ fireworks - The London Inn, St Neot: Raising money for The Hugs Foundation and Community Farming Network – Farm Well and club funds. BBQ from 6pm. Fireworks to be let off at 7.30pm (ish).

Tencreek Holiday Park: 7.30pm and entry is £5 for adults, with kids and under 16s free. Pay on the gate. Non-residents are welcome. Free parking available on site. Everyone welcome in Castaways after the firework display for bingo, kids entertainment and star cabaret

St Erme Community Centre: Annual Fireworks show and Bonfire Night, Gates open at 6 and Bar and Food Available. £1 per child (under 16). £4 per adult

November 5:

Heartlands Bonfire and Fireworks Spectacular: A beloved community event that takes place annually on November 5th, in commemoration of Guy Fawkes Night. This fun and free event is organized by the Heartlands Trust charity, with support from local businesses who provide event sponsorship, and from generous donations from members of the local community.

Falmouth Cricket Ground, Trescobeas Road: Falmouth charity firework display hosted by Falmouth Firefighters Social and Welfare Club, and members of Falmouth Cricket Club, gates open at 6pm for a 7pm start. It promises to be a spectacular display with £8,000 worth of fireworks being set off to music!  Food and refreshments will be available and a fairground ride for children. Entrance is £5 adults and £2.50 children - please pay by cash.

St Ives Town Football Club: The club will be hosting their annual Bonfire Night fireworks display fundraiser on Porthminster Beach, starting from 5:30pm. There will be a barbecue and drinks. This is a non-ticketed, fundraising event. Please give generously as in previous years with regards to donations.

Fistral Beach, Newquay: The display will start a little earlier at 6.15pm.Get here early to claim the best spot in the house with a beautiful view and pint or two at the Beach Bar, alongside plenty of options for winter comfort food and warming drinks.

Bodmin Bonfire and Grand Fireworks Display –  Priory Park: Gates open at 5pm, bonfire from 7pm. Adult £5 (£6 on the gate), child £3 (£4 on the gate) under 5s free if accompanied by an adult.

Plume of Feathers, Mitchell: Arrive from 6 pm, the bonfire will be lit at 6.30pm. Get ready for the ‘ohs and aaahs’ as the fireworks display starts at 7.30pm. The entrance fee is £5 for adults and children are free. We’ll be donating a percentage of the entry fee to the Mitchell Village Association. The outdoor bar is open, serving drinks, snacks and pulled pork burgers.

Driftwood Spars, St Agnes: A classic Cornwall firework and bonfire party on from 5.00pm to 11.30pm. It’s free entry on the night, and there will be a firework display with a bonfire lighting up Trevaunance Cove. Expect live music, a children’s entertainer, fire dancers and jugglers, delicious food and our small batch beers, other drinks and more. We’ll have a BBQ on the go, which will be raising funds for our chosen charity this year, The Mermaid Centre. A hog roast and crepes will also be available.

November 9: 

St Minver Cricket Club: Originally scheduled for Thursday, November 2. The decision had been made due to the recent bad weather. Gates open at 5.30pm, there will be a BBQ, bar and sweet treats. Raising funds for St Minver PTA. Family £10, adult £3, child £2.

November 11:

Port Eliot House in St Germans: The House has announced the postponement of its bonfire and fireworks display, originally scheduled for Saturday, November 4. The decision has been made in light of the recent heavy rainfall, continued poor forecast and the significant storm that occurred on Wednesday night (November 1), rendering the ground too saturated for safe parking and access to the display area. All previously purchased tickets will be transferable to this new date, ensuring that guests can still join us for a spectacular evening of entertainment, fun, and mesmerising fireworks. Tickets for the rescheduled event will remain available and can be purchased at www.porteliot.co.uk.
