Located in Halt Road the village of St Newlyn East, it went for £26,000 above its freehold guide price of £75,000 plus when the hammer fell.
Senior auction appraiser for Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers Katie Semmens said: “Property in villages just outside Newquay, such as St Newlyn East, remain in demand.
“The enduring popularity of Newquay and the North Cornwall coast means that houses attract interest from local buyers and those further afield whether for occupation or letting.”
