Cornwall Fire And Rescue crews attended a property fire in Truro yesterday afternoon. Six fire engines, one aerial ladder platform, two support vehicles and several officers were assigned to the incident in Waterloo, near Trafalgar roundabout, at around noon. Crews used breathing apparatus, hose reel jets and covering jets to extinguish the fire. Police and ambulance personnel and National Grid staff also were informed and attended. It was reported that no one was hurt in the incident.
