Tickets are on sale for Flushing Pantomime Group’s 2025 production, The Parrots of Penzance, which is due to be performed at Flushing Church Hall from February 11 to 15.

The play tells the story of Edmundo and Consuela, two giant Peruvian parrots shipwrecked off Land’s End, and their quest to get home while avoiding dubious characters who have other plans for them.

Director Sue Lightfoot said: “We’ve always gone down the traditional panto script route, but in our 40th year, we really wanted to try something different. You can expect the usual panto frolics with some Comish characters and pasties thrown in!”

Tickets are on sale from Flushing Village Stores for £10, except for Tuesday which is £14.50 and includes a pasty. Money raised goes to Flushing Primary School.
