Free adult skills workshops are being offered this spring by Truro and Penwith College's Future Skills Institute. Ranging from one day to a week, the sessions will take place between now and April at the Truro College Campus, Tregye Campus and the STEM and Health Skills Centre in Bodmin.

Subjects include effective mentoring of apprentices and new starters, presenting with confidence, assertiveness and challenging conversations, time management and resilience.

They have been made possible through funding from local and national sources that focus on job creation, career development and skills enhancement.

Deputy team leader Paul Keene said: “These workshops offer Cornwall’s professionals the opportunity to take significant steps toward achieving their goals in 2025.”
