TWO pieces of land in the Clay Country in Cornwall are up for auction.
The two adjoining fields of freehold land are available separately at Biscovellett, near St Austell.
The first piece of land includes a former quarry and has recently been used for horses. It measures 6.61 acres (2.67 hectares). The second measures 2.39 acres (0.96 hectares).
Both pieces of land have guide prices of £35,000-plus in an auction being held by Clive Emson Auctioneers.
Bidding for the auction goes live on Monday, September 16, and ends on Wednesday September 18.
