TWO people risked life and limb wave watching at Porth Bridge on Monday.

Huge waves crashed over the pair who have been criticised for putting their own lives and the lives of emergency services at risk.

Others have argued it is young people having harmless fun enjoying the waves.

The Surfline wave forecast stated waves were reaching heights of 25 to 35 foot.

The massive swell awakened outer reefs off the coastline including the Zorba reef, also known as Shrub Tree, whilst the blowhole at Porth Island spat out huge jets of water.
