Truro is the most parking-friendly city when buying a property, according to a new study by online car sales website cinch. Of 285 properties on sale, only 22 didn’t register a parking space as a feature.

This means Truro homeowners are 54.5% more likely to find a property with parking than London buyers - although with plenty of public transport, Londoners have lots of other options to get around.

The study used data from 68 cities across England, Wales and Scotland, and revealed that a dedicated parking space can increase your property value by more than 50%.
