A summer art exhibition featuring work by local artists is being held in St Mawgan.

The Merrymoor Art Group is staging the event daily at St Mawgan Community Hall until Sunday, August 25 between 10am and 5pm. Admission is free, and any donations made will go towards the upkeep of the hall. The Merrymoor Art Group was formed in 2011 and held its first art exhibition in the summer of 2012. A group of local people meet every Tuesday at the Merrymoor Inn at Mawgan Porth where they are tutored by artists Ken Walker and Mick Poole.
