Charlestown Church Hall was a sea of seasonal activity at the weekend when the St Austell and District branch of Soroptimist International hosted its eagerly anticipated Autumn Fayre.
A range of stalls, activities and refreshments were on offer throughout the day.
The fundraising event was in aid of two charities. Freedom Kit Bags provides hygienic, eco-friendly and sustainable sanitary products and education in Nepal.
"Look Good Feel Better – whose volunteer and engagement Manager Stephanie Good attended the event - is a cancer charity aimed at boosting the physical and emotional wellbeing of people living with cancer.
Steve Double MP and his wife, St Austell Town Councillor Anne Double, pitched up to join in the party atmosphere.
“It’s always a pleasure to support the amazing work of our local Soroptomists,” said Steve.
“It was great to be able to join in the fun and raise money for two great causes.”
