A LITTER pick on a beach will be one of the National Trust activities in Cornwall during the forthcoming school half-term holiday.

The event will take place at Hemmick Beach, near Dodman Point, between 10am and 11am on Saturday, November 2.

A National Trust spokesperson said: “Can you spare an hour or so to help us keep Hemmick Beach looking beautiful – and safer for wildlife? Gloves, bags and litter pickers will be provided, but please also feel free to bring your own gloves if you’d like.

“The event is free and no booking is required. Please park at Penare and walk down the path to the beach.”
