A prominent Newquay hotel is up for sale priced at £2.85m.
The Barrowfield Hotel in Hilgrove Road, which boasts 80 ensuite bedrooms, a 170 cover restaurant and a large ballroom that holds 130 people, is being sold by the Daish’s Group
The hotel also benefits from an indoor swimming pool, sauna and games room.
The Barrowfield is one of three hotels the Daish Group is selling from its portfolio, which also include County Hotel, Kendal and the freehold of Daish’s Blackpool.
George Brown, the managing director of Daish’s, said: “Whilst we will be sad to see such great assets go, and it is with a heavy heart that we put these on the market.
"We will continue to expand the Daish’s portfolio, looking for hotels that we feel offer a better fit for our customers.”
Savills has been instructed to sell the hotels on behalf of Daish’s Group. The assets are available individually or as a portfolio.
