THE pomp of the Royal Albert Hall is coming to Newquay’s parish church to raise funds for a good causes.
Mount Charles Band is performing The Last Night of the Proms at St Michael's Church on Saturday, September 21 at 7pm.
There will also be special guest appearances performing all the favourites at the event, which is being staged by St Michael’s Lodge and sponsored by Start and Co Estate Agents.
Andy Cole, who is helping to organise the event, said: “Why not dress up in your nation’s colours. Bring your flags to wave (we will have them for sale too).”
It is a ticket only event. Adult tickets are priced at £6. Seniors, over 65s and children under 16 tickets are priced at £4.
