Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a serious assault in Truro.
The incident took place in Townsend Street, Highertown on Tuesday, August 13, at around 1.40am.
It was reported that a woman heard people outside her address smashing up garden furniture, and when she went out to ask them to stop, she was punched and kicked numerous times by three people.
The victim sustained a fractured eye as a result of the attack.
A 22-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl, both from Truro, were arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent. A 37-year-old woman from Truro was arrested on suspicion of GBH. All three have been released on police bail.
