NEWQUAY’S faulty fountain at Trenance Boating Lake will be up and running again soon.

The fountain is being serviced by the team at Bodmin Pump Supplies and will be put back in action.

The popular water fountain has gone on the blink on numerous occasions over recent years.

Cornwall Council, which owns and manages Trenance park and boating lake, is keen to get the fountain working again ahead of the busy tourist season. There have previously been problems of overgrown weed clogging up the fountain.
