NEWQUAY Town Council is seeking community input on what the authority’s priorities should be.

A survey has been launched where residents can share their views to help shape the council's emerging ‘Corporate Plan’ for 2024-2028. The survey is open until Wednesday, June 12.

Newquay Town Council adopted its first ‘Corporate Plan’ in 2021 for the period 2021-2025, which is now approaching its conclusion.

A town council spokesperson said: “As we prepare to draft the next ‘Corporate Plan’, we are committed to ensuring that it reflects the needs and aspirations of our community. This key strategy document will outline the vision for the council and detail our objectives for Newquay over the next four years.

“The survey is designed to be quick and easy, taking less than five minutes to complete. We encourage everyone in Newquay to participate and share their thoughts on our vision, mission, and aims. Your input will directly influence the direction and priorities of the council over the next four years.”

Mayor Cllr Drew Creek said: “We are dedicated to making sure that our new ‘Corporate Plan’ addresses the issues that matter most to our residents.

“Your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to enhance the quality of life in Newquay and achieve our community’s goals.”
