A NEW neighbourhood bar, restaurant, and mini-golf concept has launched in Newquay.
ROSA on Tower Road offers Italian and American inspired dishes including Nocarella olives, Parm fries, aubergine parmigiana, pork ragu, pecorino cacio e pepe – plus pizzetta topped with pepperoni, mascarpone, and hot honey.
The 18-hole course, which dates to the early 1960’s, has undergone a substantial regeneration to totally reimagine the experience.
The local landmark has been given a major facelift with entirely new matting and planting, creating a completely refreshed aesthetic following the work carried out by local landscapers Ember Landscapes.
Tom O’Brien, co-founder, and business manager of ROSA, said: “We’re stoked to reimagine this beloved Newquay location with a fresh new offering.
“ROSA is designed to bring people together, be that for a fun round of mini-golf on our smart new course or to settle-in for good food and drinks - be that a post-golf bite, date night, big drinks, or whole family occasions.
“We’re real foodies and serious about ingredients, big flavour, and simplicity.
“We think the food should do the talking, so you can be sure to sample a deliciously tasty menu offering something new, blending global flavours created using the best Cornish ingredients.”
ROSA is the second venture from the team behind the wildly popular HERD burger restaurant, which made the finals of the National Burger Awards just a few months after opening.
