A MAN sustained a facial injury after he was allegedly assaulted in a Newquay street during Saturday evening on April 27.
The man from Newquay, who is in his thirties, was reportedly walking on Tor Road when he was assaulted by two men at around 1am.
A police spokesperson confirmed one of the suspects was wearing a light-coloured hooded top and the second was dressed in a dark coloured top.
Police are investigating and asking for any witnesses or anyone with information to contact them.
They would also like to hear from anyone with CCTV or doorbell cameras covering the area or anyone who may have captured the incident on dashcam.
