Officers have released a picture of a man they would like to speak with in connection to an alleged assault in a Truro pub on May 6.

A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: "A woman was punched in the face and knocked unconscious following an altercation at The Old Ale House in Quay Street.

"The victim, in her 30s, sustained facial injuries and was treated at Treliske Hospital.

"Officers investigating the May 6 incident would like to identify the man pictured as they believe he may be able to assist with their enquiries."
