Studio 4 Dance, a Cornish dance organisation that provides professional development and training for performers in Cornwall, have just returned from London where they performed in front of thousands at the Move It Performing Dance and Performing Arts Show at the Excel Centre.

Choreographed by industry professional Jack Walker, the Studio 4 Dance dancers put on a very professional performance and worked as a professional company on the lead-up to the event.

Described by the organisation as "A real proud moment", Studio 4 Dance was the only dance organisation to be selected to perform and share the stage with the biggest dance conservatoires, colleges and universities, including Wilkes Academy and London Studios Centre.

Studio 4 are passionate about providing high quality accessible training for young Cornish talent, working closely with Industry professionals from across the country who nurture their talent and development.

Studio 4's new creative base opened in April in St Austell town centre with a £300,000 build project that has turned three unused units in Old Vicarage Place to space for performers, with a new community events space, ancillary to the studios, equipped with a stage and £40k worth of technical equipment thanks to CLLD and European funding.

The organisation says: "It really is the place to be for any young passionate performer/dancer."
