AN insight into life in Cornwall between the two world wars will be given in St Austell on Monday, April 14.
Michael Bunney will be giving a talk to St Austell Old Cornwall Society.
The talk, entitled Cornwall Between The War Years, will form part of a society meeting being held from 7.30pm at White River Community Church in Trinity Street.
A spokesperson for the society said: “Everyone who has any interest in the history, heritage and customs of Cornwall is welcome to attend.
“Every month we have a guest speaker and in June, July and August we have outings to interesting places in Cornwall.
“Our annual general meeting is on Monday, May 12, followed by an illustrated talk by Ray Webb on ‘Memories of Holidays in Cornwall’.”
