Huge waves whipped up by Storm Henk have been battering the Newquay coastline.

Newquay Voice reader Robert Taylor captured a video of the force of the swell crashing against Gull Rock at Crantock Beach.

Storm Henk has caused various damage in the area including the clubhouse roof at the Atlantic Bays Holiday Park in St Merryn being blown off by the high winds.

Residents have also been counting the cost as they have suffered damage to their properties.
