A Newquay hotel where the famous film The Witches was filmed is on the hunt for a witch of its own for spooky October festivities.
The Headland is looking to recruit a bewitching Welcome Host to embrace their dark side and become the star of its Halloween event.
The successful applicant will lead The Headland’s Wickedly Witchy Afternoon Brew themed events in Restaurant RenMor from October 19 to November 3.
Veryan Palmer, The Headland’s family director, said: “We’re looking for someone truly spellbinding to elevate our Halloween celebrations to the next level.
“The presence of a witch will definitely add an exhilarating twist to our afternoon tea, making it an event like no other.
“It’s a unique opportunity to cast a spell over guests and bring the Halloween spirit to life.
“As the hotel’s official witch, they will be expected to roam the haunted halls, interacting with guests and ensuring every Wickedly Witchy Afternoon Brew is an unforgettable experience.
Would-be witches are invited to submit a 30-second video online showcasing their ability to frighten and delight.
