A fundraising bingo night held by Truro's community and hospital radio station was “top of the shop”, raising more than £600 to support its work.

CHBN hosted the event at All Saints Church Hall in Highertown on Saturday, March 23. Volunteer Steve Bailey was the organiser and expert bingo caller.

With cash prizes, lights refreshments and a raffle, success was guaranteed, with more fun nights on the cards as a result.
